Inflatable water slides come in two varieties. There are the stand alone slides that have their own splash pool or small paddling pool at the bottom of the slide. The other type are designed to be used with some form of in ground pool or an above ground pool with ample decking. The Splash Down slide by Poolmaster fits into the second category. Here is a bit more on the Splash Down inflatable pool slide.
<<< Check out the Splash Down Pool Slide here >>>
The Splash down pool is a handy, portable slide that can be used with an in ground pool. It is easy to inflate (and deflate) as it has a Boston valve (lets air in without letting it out). It is easy to maneuver to the perfect location on the edge of your pool.
Yet it remains sturdy when you have found that ideal location. It’s sturdiness comes from a water filled ballast at the bottom of the slide and tie down ropes to secure it to the ground.
In terms of sliding fun, the slide can be attached to the garden hose which keeps a constant trickle of water running down the surface. This ensure that the surface is always slick and slippery. You will slip down the slide and be in the pool in an instant.
The slide comes in a yellow color with blue inflatable ‘railings’ to keep you safe on the slide. It is not that high and is probably more fun for young children. The recommended age for this slide is 6 years and up so maybe adults can try it out too.
The Splash down slide can add to the fun your children will have when they play round the pool this Summer. It is sure to be a hit with their friends or for get together s like birthday parties.
In summary, this is a reasonably cheap inflatable pool slide (by comparison to standalone slides). It is easy to move and set up. It is best for younger children and will keep them entertained through the warm summer months.
